Complimentary U.S. Standard Shipping

Orders of $200 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping to U.S. addresses. Select the complimentary shipping option at checkout when available. Expedited services and international shipping are charged at the rates shown at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment has been authorized and verified. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information.

Shipping Carriers

U.S. orders may ship through USPS or UPS. Available carriers and services depend on the delivery address and are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates depend on your location and the shipping service selected. Review the available delivery options and estimates at checkout.

Please note that delivery time refers to the time after your order has shipped, not the date the order was placed.

Address Accuracy

To ensure successful delivery, please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout, including proper abbreviations and spacing.

If we are unable to verify your address, our customer service team may contact you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be cancelled and refunded.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately @ service@ciannijsclothing.com so we can attempt to update the address before the order ships.

Lost or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been shipped, CianniJ’s Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

We do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. These amounts will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to supported destinations. Available carriers, services and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

At CianniJ’s Clothing, we value every customer and strive to provide high-quality products. At this time, all sales are final.

Exchanges

CianniJ’s Clothing currently does not offer returns or exchanges. To ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, we strongly encourage customers to review the following before placing an order:

• Material and ingredient details (when applicable)

Refunds

Because all sales are final, refunds are not issued once an order has been processed or shipped.

Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

• The item received is damaged or defective

• The wrong item was shipped

If this occurs, you must contact us within 48 hours from the time of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
