Shipping Policy

At CianniJ’s Clothing, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment has been authorized and verified. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped through USPS.

For most U.S. orders, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after shipment depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Please note that delivery time refers to the time after your order has shipped, not the date the order was placed.

Address Accuracy

To ensure successful delivery, please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout, including proper abbreviations and spacing.

If we are unable to verify your address, our customer service team may contact you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be cancelled and refunded.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately @ service@ciannijsclothing.com so we can attempt to update the address before the order ships.

Lost or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been shipped, CianniJ’s Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly or your local post office for assistance.

We do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. These amounts will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping

We offer USPS Priority Mail to many international destinations. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
